Global Aircraft Services Creates 6 Week Skilled Course for Trade Assistants

We are proud to help support and grow the Aviation industry in Far North QLD, after an industry wide shutdown due to Covid-19, Global Aircraft Services recognised a gap in the skilled labour market and contacted Aviation Australia and government partners and created a 6-week skilled course for Trade Assistants. With both Federal and Local government support, GAS was able to create and support a specific Aircraft Maintenance course with the help of Aviation Australia and had an initial 12 people successfully complete the course. We are proud to say this course is still being taught in the local area and is giving more people opportunities to enter the industry.
